The location is perfect for a peaceful
stay with stunning views of Lago Argentina. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the friendly staff made our visit memorable. Breakfast was good, with a variety of options, but might have benefitted from a bit more variety on certain days.

utterly dissapointing experience. the beds were as hard as rocks and were clearly not replaced since 1992. my request for a double bed was ignored, the noise from upstairs felt like a marching band at midnight. definitely expected a welcome gift after this fiasco but gotten nothing, shocking customer service. i almost wrote a good review but just couldn’t.

Noise from hallways is an issue, particularly in the mornings and evenings. The advertised safety box remains locked without keys. a frustrating oversight. The overall atmosphere feels more akin to a hostel than a traditional B&B.
